Pricing and Monetization Mechanisms

Pay-per-use pricing will be calculated based on the aggregate cost of supporting the platform + the cost of AI and computing services. For example, if an interaction with anthropologies' Claude costs 0.003 $GUIDES and a microservice call costs 0.0001 $GUIDES, we would incorporate 0.0031into the base cost of the interaction on Guides. This pricing provides predictable costs reducing the potential for losses.

Sustainability & Expansion Strategies

Additional value and costs will emerge with the growth of the ecosystem. Examples include:

  • Monthly subscription for Organizations: We may introduce a minimum fixed price for organizations to access the platform
  • Content sourcing for external AI engines: As the Guides Library expands, we may provide access to external AI agents to the content library generating additional revenue for the platform and content owners.
  • Guide AI widget: We may develop an AI assistant that can be incorporated into websites to enable organizations to provide an AI interface for their documents
  • Professional services: We may provide additional professional services to assist organizations in developing innovation plans that can be fed into their co-pilot.
