• Initial governance: Setup initial governance framework
• Engage core team: Build initial team for systems development
• Architecture development: Begin development of the systems architecture
• Guides Assistant POC: Launch the first Guides assistant to pre-buy users
• Launch pilot projects: Start projects for business co-pilot
• Content NFT POC: Begin converting existing documents
