A guide is designed to exist in multiple spaces at the same time. Adding a Guide created by someone else to your Space is a great way to stay up to date on things without having to do the work. When the other organisations update their Guide you automatically have the most recent information in your Space.

You can add any Guide to any Space whenever you see the 'Add' icon. This action will allow you to add a Guide to any of the Spaces you have permissions.
