Space Permissions (Teams)

When creating a Space, by default all people that join can add/remove Guides, and invite new people. Team subscriptions have the option to set different permissions.

Add/Remove Guides

You have the option of allowing all members of the Space to:

  • add and remove any guides (default)
  • add new guides (but not remove) (Upgrade toTeams)
  • only view guides (Upgrade to Teams)

Invite New Members

You have the option of allowing all members of the Space to:

  • invite new people to the space (default)
  • not invite new people (Upgrade to Teams)

Note that the Organisation settings also apply. So if the Organisation's permissions do not allow members to invite new people and you enable members to invite people to a Space, then they will only be able to invite people who are already in the Organisation - not new people.

Important Note: These are rules for all people that joined the Space. You can still give people administrator rights which will enable individuals to add, edit, and remove Guides and invite and remove people.
