Guides are ordered in your Space based on their popularity, and then customized for each user based on their usage history (the most recently visited guides are first).

To change the order of the Guides in your Space for all members, click on the sorting icon (only administrators can see this).

Once on the sorting page, click on the "pin" button on a guide to make it appear before the other guides. "Pinned" guides will appear first:

If you have more than one guide pinned, use the grey arrow icon to drag the pinned Guide to the order you want it to appear.

Once you have ordered all of your guides, click on the "save sorting" at the top corner of the page.
