Driver may only drive vehicles equipped with an approved BAC breath-screening device which disables the vehicle if a breath sample is not provided when required (start of vehicle and random times), or if breath sample shows a BAC above zero.

Offences: HTA 41.2(13) & HTA Reg. 251: Drive without/tamper with device; Permit person with condition "I" to drive vehicle not equipped with device. Charge by Pt.III; no set fines or wordings currently exist.
