Disabled Person’s Parking Permits (DPPP)

On demand by police or other authorized officer, a DPPP must be surrendered for inspection and may be retained if it is or has been used in contravention of the regs. or by-law. (HTA 28)

Offences: Possess altered, fictitious, fraudulently obtained DPPP; Fail to display in accordance with regs.; Fail or refuse to surrender; Use not in accordance with regulations.; Give, lend, sell or offer for sale; permit use of not in accordance with regulations.; Make, permit the making of, give, lend, sell or offer for sale a fictitious or altered DPPP.
