CVOR (Commercial Vehicle Operator's Registration): Vehicle may be detained and permits, CVOR and plates seized until a violation remedied for driving or operating with suspended or no valid CVOR, or fleet limitation certificate not carried.

Disabled Person's Parking Permit: May be retained until disposition of case if is / has been used in contravention of regs./by-law.

Driver's Licence: Cancelled, revoked, suspended, fictitious, altered, fraudulently obtained, lent, borrowed, or more than one, licence.

Motor Vehicle: Location requires removal, no one available; Unsafe, only to get off road; After arrest (evidence); Abandoned on/near highway; Improper plates; 7/45 day impoundment; Interfering with snow removal or traffic (collision clean-up, removal, & storage costs are owner/operator responsibility).

Plates, Permit, Validation: Not authorized, defaced, altered, or obtained by false pretences; Unsafe motor vehicle (Plates only).

Radar Detector: Stop, enter and search a motor vehicle, on reasonable grounds, and seize device.
