Roadmap
Each home performance sector has their own dedicated roadmap to explore issues and make recommendations, plus, the main priorities from across all the sector roadmaps were summarized in an overarching Working Roadmap.
The key issues identified by the roadmap focus around supply of quality contractors and demand for quality home performance projects. The resulting roadmap included 141 priority recommendations for sector stakeholders to undertake. Different actors were designated to lead the recommendations: industry (with HPSC leading), government, utilities, local government, or a collaboration between all.
The full list of 141 recommendations has a lot of useful information. It's also a little overwhelming to work with and at times there is overlap between sections and repeat actions. As part of a 2020 Working Roadmap update, we have consolidated these 141 recommendations into 32 actions, grouping them by HPSC activity and the issue they seek to address. The figure below shows these consolidated actions and also provides an update on their status as of 2020.
