Once you've listed all your tasks, you need to give them some
context. For each task created you'll add the subject to which the
task depends.
If you want to keep your task personal, then don't attach it to a
subject and you'll be the only one able to see it (it will appear
in light yellow).
Note: Tasks can be attached to multiple
Subjects. So, if you want to implement
GTD in Azendoo, you can create a Subject for each of my
contexts (e.g. @office, @San Francisco…), a Subject for each of
my Projects, Clients, Products, Meetings, etc, and then
combine these Subjects as needed.
