Man has come a long way since the advent of the Tofurkey. There are a plethora of options when it comes to getting your daily protein intake that don't require tofu or soy. I happen to love tofu, cubed and fried with my favorite vegetables, but if it's not your cup of tea here are some other vegetarian proteins worth a try.
