Step #2 - Manage your frustration

Divorces are frustrating, there's no getting around it. And one of the worst mistakes you can do is trying to take out that frustration on your former partner, or venting personal issues in public forums. It doesn't matter who's in the right or who's in the wrong; venting that frustration in a way that upsets your former partner is only bound to make the situation worse.

Therapy can help with that, as mentioned above; and it can also be useful to find a divorce support group.
