Once all of your content is in the Guide, go through the entire thing and add as many Tips and Action items as possible - but not all sections and pages need them.

Tips are "outside of the box" or expert secret type statements to help the reader better understand how to tackle a specific aspect of a particular item the tip is for.

Actions are specific items the reader should accomplish on any given page. It's a good idea to have only one main objective or item to complete per Page and the action should just echo this specific action.
