Organize Your Team By Using A Google Doc

Whether you're part of a large organization or a small group, you can still use this to coordinate your team in real time.

The Google Doc helps to create accountability amongst the team, and it offers an element of peer-pressure for each member to pull his or her own weight when it comes to taking responsibility and sending emails later.

Open the Google Doc template and do the following:

  • Add each member's name & email across the top
  • Share the spreadsheet with everyone
  • Large Organizations: Identify the top Influencers, split them up, and add them to each team member's list
  • Small Groups: Ask group to add 25-50 emails to the list
