Exercise specialists used to say that nutrition accounted for 60 -70% of a person's leanness success equation. With the benefit of more thorough study, that percentage has been revised to the 80 - 85% level.
That means that, even if you're acing it with your training sessions, you will only get 15% of the possible benefit from your efforts - unless you are absolutely on top of your nutrition. With so much at stake, then, it's about time for a little Nutrition 101.
