Find a partner in your distribution system, network or channel that will drive you the traffic for your first 100 customers.

This is easier said then done but should not be overlooked and not at least attempted.

A partner is a person or company that will benefit in some capacity from helping you acquire your first 100 customers.

The travel company partnered with oversee.net a domain name and online advertising firm. When WanderWe launched they has over 2M users to sell their travel offerings to. This is an extreme example but I think you'll get the idea.

You can approach distribution partners with revenue share deals, advertising offers, and any other type of deal structure that would benefit the company in some capacity by helping you out.
