​Say No To Meetings That…

…don't have a specific outcome defined!

Here's what Cvijetic says about meetings:

"On average, I have 4 meetings a day. Each 30-60 minutes.
I usually ask what is the desired outcome, and in case one isn't created, I ask to be excused until they need me to discuss my area of expertise.
Sometimes it doesn't work, but for the times it does, you will save time which you can invest in something else."


I've never tried this technique, but I'll commit to giving it a go over the next few weeks and let you know what my outcome is.
