​Do A Tech Detox (i.e. Enter “Amish Hour”)

Cvijetic recommends taking an hour before you go to sleep, turn off your laptop, phone, and all electronic devices. Talk with your partner or read a book, and get yourself ready for the next day.


Although I'm (generally speaking) in agreement with this one, sometimes it's just nice to "turn off" and watch an episode of Jeopardy. My partner and I do this often, and even though we're not talking directly to one another, we appreciate this time together (and of course there's bragging rights on the line for whoever gets more of the questions correct).
