Day Job (8-9 hours)
- Planning (30 minutes)
- Lean work (3-time blocks - each 90 minutes)
- Meetings (3-4)
- Lunch (60-90 minutes) / possibly a nap
Evening Ritual (2-4 hours)
- Mastermind group & socializing (1-2 hours)
- Zero to Skill (1-2 hours)
