Create An Offer

After you have answered the question why you exist, the next things you need to do is create an offer.

Your offer is basically what you use to entice shoppers to go to your store.

It is basically how you communicate your point of differentiation to your target market to entice them to buy from you as opposed to your competitor.

One of the difficulties of selling is making your shoppers understand the difference between your store and that of your competitor.

Sometime you might have a unique product that you might think to yourself is a slam dunk, anyone who sees or hears about it will immediately rush into your store to buy it, yet you open your store and it remain empty.

Many retailers open grocery stores thinking that because they have a grocery store people will flock to it.

It is only after they are opened that they realise that people do not just flock to a retail store because it is open.

You still need to entice shoppers to come to yours store.

So your offer is what you use as a bait to entire them into your store.
