To maximise the effectiveness of your new dedicated subscription pages, you need visitors!
Getting visitors to these pages can come from many sources but some of the quickest wins include:
Setup [Perfect Audience], Google Remarketing or [AdRoll] and retarget customers that visit your homepage or blog but don't subscribe to your email lists and use display remarketing to drive them to a dedicated landing page that really sells your blog newsletter, educational course or other email marketing.
Use popups wisely and they can convert like crazy. A small popup in the lower right, or even a popup over your content that drives customers to your dedicated landing page can sometimes be more effective than showing a subscribe form directly.
HelloBar is a simple tool that every online marketer should embrace. THis can be a great way to drive otherwise 'dead' traffic from your home page, or specific posts to one of your subscribe pages.
Take this example from Neil Patel's QuickSprout:
Any time you publish content online, such as a slideshow, webinar, eBook you have the chance to link customers back to a page that really sells your offer.
Sending these readers to a dedicated landing page asking them to subscribe to more great content is usually a fantastic way to get more subscribers.
Linking to one of these pages from your signature or online profiles can also be a great way to drive traffic.
