Questions To Ask

  • Have you ever heard of this company before?
  • How long has the company been around (in your area and nationally).
  • Has the company changed names or businesses categories recently (in the last 3 years)?
    • If so, why?
  • Are there any case studies that the rep can show you that demonstrate success with businesses similar to yours?
  • How many clients does your sales rep have?
  • How much is this going to cost & how many positive "things" will result from that cost?
    • This is a basic ROI question, but you should also know what each "thing" is worth to you.
    • A "thing" could be a new customer, patient, new client lead, or increase awareness of your company.
  • Can it be measured and analyzed?
