Based on the multiple well designed elements on the career
pages I picked out, I've created a checklist of items that should
be on your career pages to attract better hires.
- Include a video of the founder talking about your company and
its vision
- Write down the big hairy vision your company is chasing
- Give the candidates a chance to meet the people working by
including mini interviews
- Share employee testimonials
- If you have offices in multiple locations, make it easy for
people to find jobs for a specific location
- Share the perks of working with your company, but don't forget
to mention the impact of their job
- Disclose some big challenging problems you are working on
- If you are a remote team, absolutely share your philosophy of
working remotely
