After you first log in to Wordpress, the first page you'll see is your Reader screen. This is where you can read posts that you are following, check your stats and access your blog.

Click on My Blog at the top of the screen to go to your blog. The next screen you see will look like this.

This page is an overview of your blog(s). More advanced bloggers will have several blogs here that they can access and make changes to at any time.
