You Know Who Your Competitors Are...Now What?

Great, you identified which competitors you want to track and spy on and hopefully outcompete.

Now you need to get started. Before you do anything you need to setup Google Alerts (Free) or another media monitoring service to make sure you get notified every time your competitors get mentioned by a website, issue a press release, or publish fresh content.

There are many tools for advanced monitoring, but simply adding a quick and free Google alert is a must.

Make sure to set Google alerts not just for their brand name, but their website address, and their key employees, like their CEO or Press contacts.
