Everything from sections 1-5 still applies to customers viewing your website from their phone. Having an accessible menu, using calls-to-action, providing an easy way to be contacted and found by customers, etc. are all just as important, if not more important when customers view your website on their phone.
Depending on how your website is developed, creating an easily viewable mobile version of your website could be easier said than done. But if your site is built on a good foundation (and wasn't thrown together for a few hundred bucks), it should be pretty straightforward to tweak the appearance of your website so that it effectively converts both mobile as well as desktop visitors.
