As we've mentioned in the introduction to this Guide segment, Sections and Pages provide very different solutions in our Guide editor. Briefly, creation a Section creates a container of content for your Pages, it wrap a group of content together, and should be used as a container for content. Pages, on the other hand, are individual content sections that can stand alone, but need to be grouped into larger volumes to provide context to the information.
Creating Sections and Pages, however, is accomplished in a very similar fashion.

We've streamlined the process for creating a Section in the latest version of our Guide editor. To create a new Section, scroll to the bottom of the navigation bar on the left, and click the 'Add Section' button.
There are a couple of things you should note at this point. Immediately after clicking the button, you'll be taken to a new, blank section. Sections, in the navigation bar, appear as bolded text. At this point, you can either begin putting content into your newly created Section, or begin adding pages. The choice is yours.
You can also re-arrange Sections, and all of its Pages by dragging and dropping sections around the navigation bar to the left.
While Sections are used as content wrappers to give your Guide a hierarchical structure, Pages can be used as often as you like within a Section. Pages, by design, must appear within a content Section.
To create a new Page, simply scroll to the bottom of the navigation bar, and click the 'Add Page' button.
While you can create pages independently of Sections, you'll notice that Pages will appear directly under the Section (or Page) you were currently working in within a Guide. Pages can be re-organized within a Guide by simply dragging and dropping a page somewhere else within the navigation bar.
Note: Always remember to hit the save button once you have finished adding new Pages and Sections to your Guide.
