The first step in using the Site dashboard is actually signing up for one. If you haven't yet, you can setup your site by going here. After you have created your site, you can access it at any time by clicking on your photo on the top right corner, and selecting your site from the options.

During your free trial period, the dashboard page will walk you through the steps you need to do to launch your site, including creating guides, designing / branding your site, and setting up a custom domain:
