Once you've built out your Guides, and you've edited them on an individual basis, it's time to consider publishing your Guides online. By default, within your site dashboard, a Guide will be 'Offline'.

Taking Your Guide Live

For the Guide to appear on your site, you will have to take a Guide online. Here are the steps needed to take your site live:

1. In your site dashboard, click the 'Manage Content' button
2. Mouse over the Guide you want to take live
3. Click the 'Publish' button.
4. Refresh the page. If the offline tag is still showing, simply refresh your page.

Taking Your Guide Offline

If you need to take a Guide offline, there are also tools built into Guides to temporarily remove your Guide from your site.

Here's how you can do that:

1. In your site dashboard, click the 'Manage Content' button
2. Mouse over the Guide you want to take live
3. Click the 'Unpublish' button.
4. Refresh the page. If the offline tag is still showing, simply refresh your page.
