1. How do I access the exam?

The exam will be accessible from the same dashboard where you complete the rest of the course. It will come up as one of the final steps in the final Module 6 as seen in the screenshots below.

2. Are the exam questions the same as those in the quizzes?

The exam is part of the same course that he has been completing. The quizzes have been covering the course content and have been designed to prepare users for the final exam. They will be a similar style and content, and there may be some repeats, but they are not all exactly the same questions.

3. Is the exam in-person or online? Is it monitored?

The exam is completed online. It will require an internet connection just like the rest of the course. The exam is not monitored.

4. Is the exam timed?

No, it is not timed. You can take as long as needed and can save your progress to come back at a later time.

5. How many questions are on the exam?

This exam contains 35 questions. You can return to your earlier answers before submitting the exam.

6. What happens if I don't get 70% (the passing mark)? Can I retake the exam?

The learning platform will allow you to retake the exam up to 3 times, with no delay between each attempt. After 3 failed attempts, you may be required to retake the course before attempting the exam again. There is no added cost to retake the exam or retake the course.
