As a member, you must continue to meet the requirements of the network according to the HPCN Network Agreement and program overview. This includes submitting new documentation when the current versions expire (e.g., insurance certificates, business licenses, etc.).
You will be contacted by HPCN administrators throughout the duration of your membership following the standard Contractor Management Protocol.
