In the HPCN Portal, the Code of Conduct stage looks like this:

Click on "Show details" to expand the section and read the Code of Conduct.

When you have finished reading, click on "Sign" to complete the stage.

Once you have completed the Code of Conduct stage, the next stage will automatically unlock.
