In the HPCN Portal, the Business Requirements stage looks like this:

Read the instructions carefully for each required document. For each one, click on "Add a New File" to choose a file to upload. You can add multiple files as needed.

Here are some additional instructions/tips to help you complete this stage:

• Business licenses: The HPSC will review any licenses you upload here against the areas you selected for your Service Territory in stage 1. Make sure that if a municipality/regional district in your service territory requires a business license you have uploaded one here.
