In the HPCN Portal, the Home Performance Contractor Network Agreement stage looks like this:

Read the instructions carefully to complete the stage. Start by downloading a copy of the Network Agreement by clicking on the "View File" button.

Once you have signed a copy of the agreement, upload it by clicking on the "Add a New File" button.

This is the final step of the registration process. Once you have uploaded your signed agreement, the HPSC will review your profile and contact you for follow-up and/or to finalize your membership.
