An ENERGY AUDIT is an inspection and diagnostic testing performed on a building to assess its current state of energy efficiency OR to ensure that a building is meeting modelled expectations for performance. This investigation is one of the major "hands on" activities that an Energy Advisor will do as part of their regular work.
