Guides aims to benefit society on three levels:

  • Personal Level: navigating change in our daily lives at home, work, and communities
  • Community Level: helping groups and organizations navigate change by connecting people through shared values and purpose, and pursuing shared horizons in an authentic way
  • Coalition Level: helping unite individuals and communities that have a shared interest in advancing shared challenges.

The audience for this video is "coalition leaders" - people and organizations that are trying to help whole industries navigate change; cities, schools, health & education institutions across a country or internationally; national or international charities that are supporting a network of purpose-driven organizations.

The challenges these coalitions face today is the inability to create a live "network" to connect these organizations in a persistent, meaningful, and sustainable way. Guides provides an alternative to centralized, "top-down", push-based "collaboration" by holding space for each member of the coalition to express their individual evolutionary purpose, challenges, "what's working", and needs so they can be shared across the network to "rise the tide" for all. This model uses a "lead from behind" principle that is truly "in service" to the members of the coalition by shining a brighter light on their needs and work, not trying to capture it for themselves.

We are calling the brave ones, the believers, and all the people that feel a tension* with the current situation and have the courage to try another way that leads with empathy, inclusiveness, and trust in a brighter future.

It's important to bear in mind that behind these organisations, there are humans, just like you and me, with the ability to feel, think, and reflect, with the possibility to take action.

* a tension is the feeling that there is a gap between how things are and how they could be.
