In no particular order, they are:

1. THE ENVIRONMENT: Temperature, wind, rain, air quality , dust, and noise
2. OCCUPANTS: Behaviour patterns, plants and pets
3. BUILDING ENVELOPE: Foundation and framing, above grade walls, windows, roofs and floors
4. INTERIOR COMPONENTS: Partitions, flooring, trim and finishes, appliances, equipment & furniture
5. MECHANICAL SYSTEMS: Heating, ventilating, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical components
