Likely. There is only one Alberta case involving ATVs there was no argument over whether an ATV was an automobile, because the ATV was added to the auto policy.

(Brochu (Next Friend of) v. Vachon, 2003 ABQB 820: 4:20 pm April 17, 1998 an ATV was insured under an autopolicy. Unbeknownst to the Insureds the plaintiff was injured on the ATV at 1pm. The policy was issued as of 12 am that morning. )
