Under the Motorized Snow Vehicles and All-Terrain Vehicles Regulations , dirt bikes shall not be driven across a highway, or by a person under the age of 19 years, unless they are insured for public liability and property damage to a minimum limit specified in the Automobile Insurance Act, being $200,000.
