It is the nature of an effective SaaS business to grow Monthly Reoccurring Revenue (MRR) on a monthly basis - however, you should also seek to do this by increasing the number of customers you have every month.
You can increase your customer base by improving the funnel
conversion rate (which we explored in the last milestone), and by
increasing your lead generation (which we did
while looking at the Return on Investment of your marketing
campaigns in the last section as well as shifting your lead
generation from outbound marketing to inbound marketing with the
Content Marketing Task in this milestone.
But you can also increase your customer base by growing your funnel capacity in terms of the number of Full Time Equivalent (FTE).
