6:15 a.m. - Tweet an encouraging health promoting message about starting your day.
7:00 a.m. - Instagram a picture of your healthy breakfast and pin a picture of the recipe you used for your breakfast on your health oriented Pinterest board.
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. - Live out your health filled message in your personal life. Exercise, try out a new healthy recipe, build your life message through writing a new blog entry, or do at least one thing that matches with your personal goal of living a healthy lifestyle! If it fits and seems appropriate send out a picture or post about your health oriented experience.
6:00 p.m - 9:00 p.m. - Include others into your healthy lifestyle! - Go for a walk with a friend or family member, take your kids to a park, join a fitness group, take a cooking class, or do something else that gets you interacting with others while also supporting your healthy life goals. Have fun with this!
9:30 p.m. - Take inventory of your day. Look at what you did and what you posted online. Did you cover everything you wanted to cover? Is there an important message that you wanted to share with others that you missed? Use one last opportunity to post online a final message that will round out your day.
