Prepare.

Preparing for Launch.

Stay in this phase too long and your dreams will surely die under the weight of your own critiques, second guesses, and the input from others.

Rush out of this phase too quickly and your dreams may crumble from lacking a strong foundation to stand upon.

The greatest danger found in preparing to launch that rises the longer you stay in this phase is the fear of failure.

"What if this doesn't work?"

"What if I fail?"

These two questions eat away at the adventurer and they antagonize the builder.

Too often we give these two questions the utmost power over our lives and we allow them to limit us, to stop us, and to keep us from what is nearly within our grasp. We allow them to control our day, our attitude, our outlook, and our hope.

My challenge for you is to put these questions in their place and to realize that your peace, your vision, and your work should not rest in the balance of them.

These questions do not have to ominously hang in front of you, because they they have an answer today.

Work Hard. Choose Wisely.

Put your blinders on and put your head down. It's time to push hard, to dig deep, to do the work that needs to be done, and to push on to the next step.

As you step into the preparing to launch phase I hope that you will use it to equip you, but don't stay there long. It's time to launch.
