Before you start Lean Brand development, it's important you clarify your goals and desired outcomes for your work.

  1. What is your definition of 'brand?'
  2. What do you hope to achieve in your brand development? (Be as specific as you can).
  3. How are you talking to your audience now? Do you have an email list? Do you go to a meetup? Where are you talking to your customers now?
  4. What advantages do you have (already selling our product, email list, etc.)?
  5. What limitations do you have (resources, time, budget, team, etc.)?
