Option one is to record it using your microphone and audio software on your computer. On a PC, you could use a program like Audacity and on your Mac, you could use GarageBand.

Option two is to record it via a service such as Audio Acrobat. The benefit of doing this is that you can then create download links pretty instantaneously.
