From the Home page, you can click on the profile tab to head there.

You want to start by making sure each section of your profile tab is filled out - and we'll optimize it later as we go along. These are: Summary, Skills, Experience, Education, Recommendations, Additional Information and Contact among others. You can also reorganize these sections to appear in the order you prefer.
