You'll want to make sure you add all your work experience to your LinkedIn profile - even if it was an internship or volunteer position (Note: if it is/was a volunteer position, LinkedIn now has a special section just for that so make sure you add it there instead).

Again, remember to integrate your keyword (s) into this section to help your profile rank higher on those key terms in search.

This will allow former colleagues to find you, and for relevant keywords people might be searching for to come up during searches. So make sure you look at that list of keywords we developed earlier and add those in your experience.
