Send An Announcement

Because you don't yet have the contact email of everyone in your group (unless they've connected with you or followed the welcome email back to your landing paged and signed up), you'll want to engage with them through and announcement.

You should send an announcement to your group once per week to keep them thinking about the group and to provide them with high quality content that could lead to more opportunities or sales for you.

You can do that by going into your group, clicking the "Manage" tab across the top, and clicking on the "Send An Announcement" link on the left hand side.

You can edit this message just like in the Welcome Email Template from the task above. Make sure you're giving them great tools and resources so that you begin to build trust and your audience sees you as an expert that they'll recommend to their friends.

Always include a link where they can opt-in to your mailing list so that you can continue to grow your database.
