Now that you have setup your app information, your developers will need to add the code (aka binary) to the App ID you created in iTunes connect. You can ask your developer to pass you the code or they can upload the final build directly. This is often the easiest option.

Once the code has been uploaded and submitted, your app will go into the 'waiting for review' status. The review and approval process can take anywhere from 1.5 - 5 weeks.
