A good way to gauge whether or not a patient will feel comfortable ordering on your store is to try it yourself, or ask a friend or family member to assist you. Ask them to go in blind and get their feedback. Is there something that bothers them or a step that they get hung up on? Make a note of it and make sure to address it in some way to make the most user friendly experience possible.
