  • Pink's 3 points of intrinsic motivation:
    • Autonomy: the desire to direct our own lives
      • Speaks to the self-organising and people centric nature of Guides
    • Mastery: the urge to get better and better at something that matters
      • Can come from making progress processing a tension, gamifiying
    • Purpose: the yearning to do what we do in the service of something larger than ourselves
